Eva, I am certainly on a bridge, and as with so much of what you write, this resonated with me. I've just never had an OF page. LOL Who would want to see a 60+ year old chubby guy? Eeek. But I digress...

I don't know where my bridge is going and don't know how long it will take to get to the other side. I have some real good ideas, solid ones, ideas that professionals I've discussed them with agree to.

But there are obstacles on the bridge. It's not nice and straight and smoothly paved. Sometimes it feels like there a giant potholes I can fall through into the abyss. I struggle with these obstacles. Even small ones appear large. I panic, get bad anxiety and that just floors the accelerator on my depression. And these things stop me in my tracks and prevent progress.

It sounds easy enough. Get a lawyer, get divorced, sell the house, get my own place and start being happy, right? Well, I'm sure you know that none of that is easy, especially when you know the other side will be combative. I avoid confrontation as much I as I can. But in order for me to cross this bridge, dealing with that all will be what removes so many of the obstacles on that bridge.

Not asking for you to tell me what to do. Just letting you know how what you write hits me and makes me think of my own path and how to get through it.

I've probably been following you on FB, then IG for 5 years or more. I've seen your personal changes, your subject changes, and posting frequency changes. Sometimes I worried and hoped you were OK. Sometimes I wanted to give you a hug. And more than a few times, sit up all night talking over a bottle or 3 of wine. Because through all of that I noticed one thing: You Get It! You're still doing work on yourself which is awesome. Right now you are looking about as happy as I've seen. But even back years ago, things you were saying were on the money. And that is why I've stuck around. So thank you for being genuine and honest. And yourself. Take care, continue your journey, and one day I hope to see you on the other side of that bridge.

Luv ya.
