Let’s be honest: the world feels like it’s on fire. Wars, lies, shootings, clickbait gurus, governments making us feel small, social media draining us with its fear porn. You can feel the tension in the air, can’t you? And yet, here’s the paradox, you can live in a completely different world without moving an inch.
I don’t mean escape. I mean switching frequency.
What on Earth is frequency, Rose?🤔Think of your mood like a radio station. If you tune into 88.1 FM, you’re going to hear sad, depressing songs. That’s the fear channel. If you flip to 101.5 FM, suddenly the music is joyful, hopeful, and makes you want to dance. Same radio, different station. That’s what I mean by frequency…what you’re tuned into.
Or to steal Einstein’s words:
“Everything is energy and that’s all there is to it. Match the frequency of the reality you want and you cannot help but get that reality.”
When you live in fear, everything reflects that back: your conversations, your social feed, even the people you bump into at the grocery store. Doom-loop central.
But when you choose love? Your world shifts. Different people, different opportunities, even little synchronicities start showing up like breadcrumbs on a new path. You’re not escaping reality - you’re shaping it.
The so-called “New Earth”?
Before we get too cosmic, let me explain. You might have heard (or not) that people talk about this “New Earth” but it isn’t a place on a map or some cult-y promise of paradise. Think of it like this:
Imagine you’re wearing a pair of dirty glasses. Everything looks dull, gray, kind of depressing. That’s the fear lens.
Now imagine you wipe those glasses clean, and suddenly colors pop, the tree looks alive, the bird song feels magical. Same world, different perception. That’s New Earth. It’s just a way of saying: you’re seeing reality through the eyes of love instead of fear.
No spaceships required.
Anchoring in Calm
And here’s where it gets practical. Life is only going to get faster, louder, messier. If you don’t learn to anchor in calm, you’ll get dragged into the panic.
Anchoring in calm isn’t passive. It’s training.
Sit under a tree and actually see it. Like it’s the first tree you’ve ever seen.
Bless your glass of water. (Yes, really.)
Thank the sun. (It literally keeps you alive every day. Respect.)
Smile when the news tell you to rage.
It sounds small. But these “small” things are weapons. They rewire your nervous system. They keep you in love when the world screams fear.
Rumi knew this centuries ago:
“Love is the bridge between you and everything.”
Love as Revolution
And let me be blunt: love isn’t fluffy. Love is dangerous.
Fear keeps the system running. Fear sells. Fear controls.
Love?
Love makes you ungovernable.
Love makes you unpredictable.
Love makes you free.
Martin Luther King Jr. wasn’t talking poetry when he said:
“Darkness cannot drive out darkness; only light can do that. Hate cannot drive out hate; only love can do that.”
He was talking strategy.
So yes, blessing your damn water is revolutionary. Sitting in awe of a flower is rebellion. Refusing to drown in outrage is a radical act.
That’s what “New Earth” really means. It’s not a fantasy. It’s living here, now, with a new perception. A cleaned-up lens. A different frequency.
And the more of us who live there - even if just for part of the day - the more impossible it becomes for the fear machine to win.
So be bold. Bless your water. Laugh when they want you angry. Stay in your light, even when it pisses people off. Especially when it pisses people off.
Because love isn’t just nice.
It’s the ultimate rebellion.
As Lennon put it bluntly:
“Love is the answer, and you know that for sure.”
So…
Love,
Rose 🌹
