In this episode, I reflect on a question we rarely slow down to ask: What’s your philosophy of life?
Not the academic kind full of jargon and theory, but something real. Something lived.
I talk about how dangerous it is to go through life without a conscious philosophy, because when we don’t choose our beliefs, the culture, social media, or survival mode chooses for us.
I share how I’ve come to value truth over comfort, and how heartbreak, uncertainty, and inner questioning have shaped my personal philosophy more than any book or teacher.
This episode is an invitation to look at the way you live, the choices you make, the things you believe... and ask:
Are they truly yours?
Because for me, philosophy isn’t something you study.
It’s how you love. How you listen. How you get back up.
It’s how you live your one wild life - with or without a map.
